The location is fantastic. Although it is on a street directly by the museum, it is also right by the sea. Upon arrival, you enter the large entrance area where luggage can be placed without getting in the way. A good fitted kitchen, and a nice living room in the attic with a view of the sea. From the rooftop terrace, there is also a view of the sea. The furniture was certainly not cheap, but it has aged. The garden furniture (no table, no loungers) on the rooftop terrace is dilapidated. The same applies to the garden furniture (with table and loungers) in the garden. The house was only superficially cleaned. In some rooms, not even swept. The mattress protectors and pads are covered with stains. Conclusion: A beautiful house, but unfortunately neglected. Recommendations: The location is fantastic. Induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer as well as toaster, coffee machine, kettle all offer facilities - a microwave and an egg cooker would still be desirable. The heating was set to 21 degrees upon arrival, however with an error message, which is why the temperature in the rooms was only about. 18 degrees had - after adjustment at the heating to 22 degrees, the warmth in the rooms was sufficiently warm - very pleasant underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom - heating costs in winter at -5 to +5 degrees about EUR 190/week without fireplace - with fireplace about EUR 150/week. Generally highly recommended... :-) House, location, comfort +++ Recommendations: The provided bed linen is very practical, but somewhat tedious, as one has to "catch" the duvet back into the duvet cover every day. My recommendation: Bring your own bedding.

We loved our time in this holiday home! The view from the rooftop terrace was simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. The hot tub was a nice addition after a day of exploring the nearby beaches. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking easy and fun. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but we managed. Would definitely come back!

Dreamlike location, beautifully furnished. Here and there there are some minor issues, but one is happy to overlook them. What definitely needs to be new, though, are the garden furniture. They have long since seen their better days.

I fell in love with this house; as soon as I opened the front door, the orange evening sun welcomed me in unforgettable light, which shone through the many windows. The house is painted white inside, the decor is wonderful, and you have everything you need. The many little details you discover reflect the owner's love. It is so charming. Here you can forget the time and don't want to leave anymore. :) From every room, you can see the dreamy sea. <3

The house is very cozy, has good amenities. The cleanliness is okay, but could be better. Some lamps are broken, but overall it is a very nice holiday home with direct sea view.

So far everything is fine, we had a nice vacation. A little maintenance wouldn't hurt the house, the stove draws poorly, the terrace furniture is junk except for the chairs, the lighting didn't work everywhere, and we had a visit from a mouse in the kitchen. Nevertheless, we would recommend the house, the peace and the view are worth it. Would love to come again!

The location is directly on the cliff coast, with an adjacent museum, offering views of the North Sea as well as the Limfjord. The descent from the cliff to the beach invites daily walks on the beach by the North Sea. Wonderful sunsets can be admired from the house. The fireplace room is very cozy for heating up and relaxing. Induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer as well as toaster, coffee machine, kettle all provide facilities - a microwave and an egg cooker would still be desirable. The heating was set to 21 degrees upon arrival, however with an error message, which is why the temperature in the rooms was only about. 18 degrees had - after adjustment at the heating to 22 degrees, the warmth in the rooms was sufficiently warm - very pleasant underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom - heating costs in winter at -5 to +5 degrees about EUR 190/week without fireplace - with fireplace about EUR 150/week. Generally highly recommended... :-) House, location, comfort +++

Upon arrival, you enter the large entrance area where luggage can be placed without getting in the way. A good fitted kitchen and a nice living room in the attic with a view of the sea. The rooftop terrace also offers a view of the sea. The furniture was certainly not cheap, but it has aged. The garden seating (no table, no loungers) on the rooftop terrace is dilapidated. The same applies to the garden furniture (with table and loungers) in the garden. The house was only superficially cleaned. In some rooms, it wasn't even swept. The mattress protectors and pads are covered in stains. Conclusion: A beautiful house, but unfortunately unkempt.

We loved our time in this holiday home! The view from the rooftop terrace was simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. The hot tub was a nice addition after a day exploring the nearby beaches. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking easy and fun. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but we managed. Would definitely come back!
