Set on a sloping, tree-framed natural plot with a picturesque view toward the water, this thoroughly renovated holiday home offers a peaceful retreat just a 15-minute walk from a local bathing beach and about 10 minutes by bicycle from the harbor (where you can pick up fresh daily catches). The bright interior features warm wooden floors spanning the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. At the center, the open living area is anchored by a cozy wood-burning stove, electric heating, and an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump, alongside a TV with a satellite dish and a DVD player for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor hood, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a convenient washing machine. Accommodating up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms, the layout includes three double beds (note: one of the double beds consists of two single beds placed together as a double, and one of the bedrooms features an elevated bed). The modern bathroom comes with the luxury of underfloor heating, a WC, washbasin, and shower cubicle. Outdoors, a covered terrace invites you to relax and enjoy the scenery, while the highlight of the garden is an authentic wood-fired wilderness bath (vildmarksbad) heated by its own integrated wood burner. Restaurants and grocery shopping are located within a 1.5 km radius. Please note: Rentals are restricted, and the property is not available for youth groups or workmen's groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A wonderfully located and very beautiful house with a garden, one can be wonderfully indoors and outdoors, especially with a dog or small children. It is very quiet there and the beds are very cozy. Recommendations: There is much to discover in the area, best with your own bicycles.

The house has a nice layout and many seating options inside and outside. Since the house is located on a slope, there is an interesting division of the property into different levels. / (However, the incline / slope of the road to the house can be a challenge.) Recommendations: - Bike tours along the coast / - Strolling in Ebbetoft / - Scandinavian Animal Park in Kolind (very worth seeing) / - Restaurant Kajkanten in Bönnerup
