On a secluded plot in a rural location, this Spanish-style holiday cottage is close to the trees. The decor is personal and kept in rustic peasant style. Particularly appealing is the kitchen with the beautiful barn doors. The living room, with a wood-burning stove made of cast iron, you can see directly into the pool area, which has underfloor heating, and where you can swim in a 36 m² large swimming pool. The pool room of 75 m² is also equipped with a seating area and table tennis, remember racquets and balls, so you're ready for a match. From the pool room there is access to a large terrace where you can arrange cosy barbecues by the solid brick grill table. There is of course also thought of the children with swing and sandbox available. Ca. 100 metres from the house you can rent horses all year. Ca. 250 metres from the house you will find an 18-holes golf course. From 1 April to 25 October there is a grocery ca. 100 metres from the house. Short distance to popular Henne Strand and attractions and sights in the area.

The cottage was somewhat dark, and not well clean and smelled musty. The pool was great, and the jacuzzi too. The area is beautiful, really an island feeling.

The house has real potential, the furnishings are great, but the technology is unfortunately abysmal. With normal use, fuses kept blowing out repeatedly. When we arrived, the large pool was cold, the indoor hot tub as well, and the outdoor one was empty. There were blown fuses, one fuse for the indoor hot tub was broken, meaning we could only use it on Monday (arrival was on Saturday). The pool service informed us that by Monday, the pool had reached a normal temperature and that we only heated it on Saturday because the fuse for it had been repeatedly ignored. In retrospect, we were told that guests should not deal with the technology and we should have called. However, when you're standing under the shower at 10 pm with no hot water and shampoo on your head because the fuse for the water heater has blown, you certainly don't call. Additionally, we had to wait two days for the pool service. A fuse blew out every day, but I don't want to spend my vacation on the phone waiting for something to work again. There was also mold in one bedroom (health hazard, photos available), the indoor hot tub had a broken seat surface haphazardly repaired with sharp edges, door handles fell off, windows could not be properly closed, kitchen cabinets and extractor hood were extremely dirty. The house has real potential, but such things are unacceptable. Nonetheless, we had a great two weeks, but we won't book this house again. We'd rather go back to our tried and tested place in Blåvand. Lastly, if you don't want guests to push the fuses back in, make sure the electrical wiring is in order. The hallway light also worked sporadically, and mostly remained dark. Oh, and the pool light was cut off, with loose and open cables in the pool. The sides of the pool on the bottom were also very slippery, so we cleaned them with rags on our feet.

The location in the Henne area offers many possibilities for almost every taste, walking, shopping, North Sea,,, The house itself is a real mood enhancer in bad weather, WiFi, table tennis, large pool, hot tubs (inside + outside), sauna,,, and generally plenty of space, everything is ready and in order overall.
