Recommendations: The best way to explore the surrounding area is by bicycle (Strandby, Frederikshavn, west through the heath). / Worth seeing are Skagen, Grenen, the buried church, and Råbjerg Mile. A highlight is the path through the dunes (paved) from Hulsig to Skagen.

The fireplace in the house can be fueled with the wood from the shed. You pay for it through a small piggy bank in the house. So take cash with you. Fantastic experience overall! The vacation home was equipped with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. The nearby Bratten Strand Grill Café was also a great place for dinner. The kids loved the playground nearby, which kept them entertained while we relaxed.

Very beautiful and charming, lovingly furnished holiday home in immediate proximity to the beach with plenty of nature and tranquility. The beach is narrow but beautiful and rich in shells. It slopes gently and shallowly into the water. We were there with our dog, and you can start walks directly from the house or drive a few minutes to the surrounding dog parks (fenced dog exercise areas). Large well-maintained property (not fenced) with children's play opportunities. Sunny terrace, here we had visits from deer and pheasants. The fireplace in the house can be fueled with the wood from the shed. This is paid for through a small piggy bank in the house. So bring cash. Shopping options are only a few minutes by car in the surrounding towns. Excursion tips are the wandering dune and Skagen, where the North Sea and the Baltic Sea flow into each other. Great natural spectacle. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are games and books in the house. The double bed was personally too soft for us, but that's a matter of taste...😅 Clear recommendation.

We just returned from a week at this place and it was so nice! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which was great for the kids. The house was really clean and had everything we needed, like a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. We loved the spa bath after a long day. The garden was big enough for the kids to play, and we enjoyed grilling on the terrace. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was sometimes a bit slow, but honestly, we were too busy having fun to care. Would book again immediately!
