The house was in very good condition. Only the furniture in the pool area is not suitable for its purpose. The property and the location are very good. Very quiet and not far from the sea. The kitchen is really well equipped. Recommendations: Ebeltoft and Aarhus are worth a trip.

Arriving in the late afternoon, the place was bright and inviting. Cooking in the new kitchen was enjoyable while I admired the view of the Mols Bjerge. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after hiking all day. The internet connection was strong enough to check emails as well.

The house has a fantastic view, a beautiful wooden terrace, it has plenty of space to be together with high-quality seating options, the kitchen is large, it’s fun to cook, the pool is of course a hit for pool lovers. With the telescope, you can observe animals, it is also a paradise of nature. We would have loved to stay here... Recommendations: Definitely visit Café L'abacate and order Empadau, a dream! The people are super nice, we will come back! Aahrus is one of my favorite cities in Denmark, it has a special feeling. . .

The location with the great view. As well as the layout of the rooms and the style of furnishings. Recommendations: I would like to explain where the water meter of the house is located. We searched for it for days until the pool cleaning gentleman was able to help us. The following way to the water meter: down the driveway to the street, and directly back up to the right up the next driveway. After about 30m on the right side in the bushes, you will find the cover to the meter. There, stakes mark the cover. / We would never have found it without the employee's description.

The location is fantastic. In the middle of the dunes with a view of the bay. It could use a bit of sprucing up; a few cosmetic repairs and replacement of broken lamps would be appropriate. However, we still felt very comfortable. The pool is in good condition. The heat pump works well, so the electricity consumption was manageable. For additional heating, you can also use the air conditioning in the main rooms. The two terraces are very inviting, and you can always find a pleasant spot that is either sheltered from the wind or the sun. Recommendations: Ebeltoft as a small town nearby with the Glass Museum and Aarhus (a bit further away) are great excursion destinations. In Aarhus, the open-air museum "Den Gamle By" is an absolute highlight.

But there are also beautiful paths for small hikes, where signs indicate that the area was an inspiration for J. R. R. Tolkien's Shire and its inhabitants.
