The general condition is good, large property with plenty of green space and a terrace with a charcoal grill (new), good parking options in front of the house. Rooms, sanitary facilities, and kitchen are modernly furnished, with a washing machine and dryer. Disadvantage: the whirlpool was always running and could not be turned off (high electricity costs). To swim in the Baltic Sea, you just need to cross the street and go down some stairs, but there is also a beautiful sand dune 10 minutes away. Recommendations: Shopping options are available in the neighboring villages, we ordered fresh rolls from a campsite nearby and picked them up every morning (about 10 min). The city of Fredericia and the Viking Museum in Jelling are worth recommending.

Recommendations: Whirlpool not appealing (calcified, discolored). The heating is very slow. More of a house for the summer months. Only one pan (too little for 10 people) and no kitchen scale. Hot water is also limited to 3-4 showers, but this is common in such houses. No play equipment or toys in the garden. The location is great, right on the beach with a wonderful sea view.
