The house has been beautifully renovated, a plus is the veranda at the front where the dining table is, and also the extra space at the back of the house. Everything is there, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.

The house is large enough for 2 people. The terrace needs to be cleaned. It is not far to the beach. Sturdy footwear is mandatory for beach hikers.

Overall, the accommodation was fine. What we didn't like was the cleanliness of the property. We noticed that the cleaning staff had been there on August 28, but it didn't look like it had been cleaned. The broom was full of dirt and cobwebs. The cleaning materials were also not suitable for cleaning. We then had to do a thorough cleaning so that we could feel comfortable. Additionally, the freezer was so frosted that the drawers no longer closed properly. It should be defrosted from time to time. Here is our electricity/water consumption: Electricity 22515 - Water 9500

The technician came the following day. Repair did not take place. A week later: info to Da Center that no repair took place, which was acknowledged and unfortunately nothing was done until the day of departure. So the laundry was washed by hand. The property is fenced, but the fence height is only 60cm, suitable for small dogs. Our dog, a Beagle, only had to be attached to a long leash because of the wild rabbits; he would have jumped over the fence without any problems. What we did not like was the unkempt outdoor area. Tables and chairs were very dirty, and we cleaned them. The accompanying seat cushions were a disgrace; they were really dirty and could not be used. We used our little pillows like this. The location of the house is perfect, close to the beach and in a quiet holiday area with nice Danish neighbors. A small tip, the key box is only active at 4 PM.
