A family friendly holiday cottage from 2016, located on a natural plot with great fishing conditions in the sea and lakes nearby. The cottage has bright colours and charming rooms. In the spacious kitchen there is plenty of space around the dining table. One of several wood-burning stoves can be found here. Another stove is located upstairs in the living room, where you also find a double sofa bed in addition to an extra single bed. There are 2 bedrooms on each floor. One double bed is a 120 cm wide lower part of a bunk bed. There is a lawn just outside the house and there are terraces on two sides. Outside the kitchen and living room there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy a nice meal. The farm buildings are in a secluded location. Information for both units 67700 and 67702. On the 70 000 m² large farm, there is a main house and 2 former farm buildings. In the farmyard there is a storage house and barbecue hut (smoking allowed), shared between the two units. There is a swing set and sand box in addition to benches. There is information about what to do in the area. There are many hiking trails with picnic areas. The beach is 1 km away and a lake where you can go swimming is 2 km away. In the farmyard there is a covered fish cleaning table with running water and lighting. The boats are located in a harbour 1 km away. Rent one of these boats: 1 x 21 foot Øien 620F 4-stroke 70 HP Suzuki 2 x 21 foot Gemi 625 4-stroke 80 HP engine 1 x 21 foot Gemi 625 150 HP engine Suzuki All boats come with Garmin chartplotter, sonar and GPS. All boats have filleting boards. Great fishing conditions nearby. There are also several fishing lakes, remember fishing lisence. NB! Request your boat when booking the house. The boats are available for rent for both units. Ask for confirmation from DanCenters local office. Deposit for boats can be paid in EUR.

•Until 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.- From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.- Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

The location was serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday, The house had everything we needed, and the covered terrace was a great spot for meals, We also enjoyed some fun evenings playing darts in the yard, A solid choice for a group of friends,

We had a fantastic family getaway at the holiday home in Oksvoll! The cottage was bright and welcoming, and the kids loved playing in the garden, The nearby beach was perfect for swimming, and the fishing spots were excellent, Highly recommend for families!

A perfectly equipped house that leaves nothing to be desired. We were 2 families with 6 people. The 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms are pleasant, as everyone has their own retreat area. The kitchen almost has an oversupply of utensils, and all the appliances worked flawlessly. When it got a bit chilly, we made a fire in one of the fireplaces. You can get the wood yourself. On warmer days, we were able to use the terraces around the house, which can be chosen depending on the position of the sun. The house is located in a quiet area, cars rarely pass by, and the beds are very comfortable due to the cushions. Good conditions for a restful sleep. The surroundings invite hiking. If the wind and weather cooperate, one can use one of the 3 boats for fishing trips. We were out with the 70HP boat and made good progress. GPS and sonar worked well, only the fish finder found a bit too few fish -). Our fish box was still well filled in the end. The filleting area is at the house, so afterwards you have to go back to the boat to take out the waste. The equipment is also transported back and forth, as there is unfortunately no storage option at the harbor. But you can manage with that. 2 large freezers are available in a separate building, where there are also plenty of life jackets to borrow if needed. Everything is very well maintained. The contact with the landlord was exceptionally nice. He was mostly there on weekends and also gave tips when needed. In the meantime, a third vacation home has been built on the property, in which two apartments will be available for rent starting next year. We can recommend the house with a clear conscience.
