The location! Absolutely quiet. A sweet little house. Cosily furnished, with everything you need. I have rarely seen a house with so much dishware, cutlery, and glasses. The extra house with the freezers is great, and the grill hut is a hit. The landlord is very, very nice. // However, there are also 'negative' points to mention. / The directions for arrival should be revised. 'Fjord1' no longer operates, but 'ATB' does. Signs with Botngård were nowhere to be found; the town signs always only said 'Bjugn'. / You cannot park directly in front of the house if you have to carry something - always a little hill up and down. / The note in the description "Bedroom only accessible via ladder" should be taken seriously; there are no pictures in the description, but getting up there requires athletic skills. Up there, you can only stay bent over unless you are under 1.60m or less (children?). The sofa bed in the living room is quite narrow for 2 adults. / For those going fishing: transporting the fish in the car to the house, using the filleting area there, and then immediately taking the waste back out to the harbor (the owner does not want this stored on the property) is also not so uncomplicated. One then has to take the boat back out to dispose of the waste in the 'open sea.'
