We were now there for the 3rd time. The house is located in the first row by the beach, with a great view of the Baltic Sea. Perfect for walks and relaxation. The house is well-equipped and clean. Recommendations: Ebeltoft is only a 5-minute drive away. There you can find everything you need. Århus is highly recommended and is about 45 minutes away. / Otherwise, great nature for walks and bike tours.

We have consciously booked this house for the second time because we feel very comfortable there. You enter the house and stand in a hallway. After a few steps, the bedrooms are on the right and left. In the left one, there is a double bed (120/140x200 cm). A wardrobe that is sufficient for 2 people. In the right bedroom, there is a double bed (180x200 cm) and a bunk bed. There is enough space for 4 people for their clothes. Both bedrooms are carpeted. After the bedrooms, to the left is the bathroom with a large shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, and sink. There are also plenty of options to store your toiletries here. To the right is a wardrobe (small tip: pull the wooden hooks down) and a shoe rack. Next is the living area with kitchen and dining corner. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need, whether for cooking or baking. A hot air fryer is also available. The sofa element is nice and large, so everyone has their place. On TV, besides ARD and ZDF, there are also Sat 1, RTL, Sixx, etc. With the fireplace, one can wonderfully heat the house. In summer, there is the option to turn on the air conditioning. During the shared meals, one looks at the water. When the weather is nice, one can watch the sunset directly from the terrace. We are going back to this house in autumn and are already looking forward to it. What I miss as a dog owner is a gate that can be placed at the exit of the terrace towards the sea. We can recommend the holiday home to everyone. Equipment, everything you need is there. The beds were good for us. We could sleep well. Only the coffee machine, the grill, and the terraces were not clean. However, the view from the breakfast table onto the water made up for it. Recommendations: Trips to Randers to the Tropical House or to the Kattegat Center in Grenaa are recommended, but also Ebeltoft and beach walks.

Generally good, equipment good, the cushions on the bunk bed should be washed, there were old urine stains on them. Location very good, view of the sea. It's a shame that the swimming pool and the sports hall cannot be used.
