This lovely house with gorgeous sea views is located right outside of Mönsterås. The house was built in 2011 and has a perfect floor plan. The home has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a proper dining area and a large terrace with grand views of the sea which is only 70 m away. 3 nicely decorated bedrooms with floor heating everywhere. Lounge chairs, dining furniture and grill on the large terrace and generous lawns surround the house. Lots of beaches in the vicinity along with playgrounds, miniature golf, café and restaurants. Boat rental is also available on Oknö.

A beautiful object, great location and superb facilities. The only thing missing is a holder for the toilet paper. But otherwise it's just fantastic.

good location on the Oknö peninsula, very good and complete furnishings of the house, / However, there is a lack of instructions for the various appliances: TV, washing machine, heating, / It would be good if you could rent bed linen and have the final cleaning done.

The terrace and the view of the Baltic Sea are wonderful. There are beautiful bathing spots nearby for children. The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need.
