We had a mixed experience in this holiday home. While the layout was great for our large group, and the amenities like the pool and the ping pong table entertained everyone, we did have a few bumps with the heating. The landlord was responsive and helped us resolve it quickly. It's a nice house, but a little more attention to maintenance would improve the stay.

The kids loved the outdoor area and the trampoline, while we enjoyed grilling on the terrace. We absolutely loved our time here! The house was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We spent our evenings on the terrace enjoying the sunset. The beach is just a short drive away, which was perfect for our daily outings.

The building is great. Self-catering is quite possible. Unfortunately, there are far too few cabinets for food in the kitchen and clothes in the rooms. The beds in the attic rooms have no cabinets at all. However, it was not clean! Upon arrival, we first had to clean the kitchen; the drawers were dirty, the dishes were not clean, and the whole building had only been superficially vacuumed. We still have not received a response to our complaint 4 weeks after our complaint. On site, no one felt responsible and we were always just put off. The sauna didn't work at all. An on-site briefing did not take place. The deposit has also not been refunded yet. Recommendations: We found Aarhus, Ebeltoft, and the trip to Skagen and the migrating dune great.
