Recommendations: Ansager: The town of Ansager is a very, very quiet place. There are virtually no attractions or actual excursion destinations in the town itself. It is a place for those seeking absolute peace and quiet. Nature and lakes: There are nature reserves and lakes nearby. However, one should be aware that in some places they can be difficult to access (often only available from one side). Beaches: For excursions, we definitely recommend a trip to the west coast. The nearby Henne Strand is truly beautiful and comes highly recommended. The other beaches in the area are definitely worth a visit. City break in Copenhagen: If one is willing to drive a longer trip of about 250 km, we strongly recommend a one- or two-day trip to Copenhagen. The Danish capital is absolutely worth the journey!
