At first, I was surprised by the lack of doors between the stairs, but after one night, it didn't matter anymore, as there were keys in every room. Everything worked great; I even found a music player, a working television, and toys for children. The only downside was the fairly strong smell of cigarettes, but fortunately, the windows can be opened and the radiators work.
