Open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer(60-99L)), Living/bed room(22 m2)(TV(cable, german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), DVD player, radio, CD player), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x bunk bed), bathroom(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), heating(electric), terrace, garden furniture, play equipment, fish cleaning table, air to air heatpump

Holiday cottage located on very large, enclosed plot not far from the fjord. The house has an open terrace, TV with many channels and a DVD player. There is a rowing boat (uage at own risk/insurance). No letting to youth groups.

Bath towels: Included in the price when you rent a linen package.
Kitchen linen: Included in the price when you rent a linen package.
Wifi: Free. Min. 50/50 Mbit.
Cot: DKK 100/stay.
High chair: DKK 100/stay.

Cancellation terms:

  • General Conditions
  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

Cottage was super, unfortunately it was not very clean. So cleaned the day of arrival yourself. Beach that is on the picture is a 15 min walk from the house and garden if you are with dogs is great only there is no fence so you can easily lose dogs.
