This large holiday home of no less than 487 m2 with hot tub and sauna and an activity room with table football, table tennis and games console is located in nature close to Lübker Golf at Nimtofte. The house is arranged on two levels with a kitchen and utility room, eight bedrooms and a common room of 80 m2. There are three toilets and bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a whirlpool. There are 2 high chairs, 2 cots, 2 dishwashers and 2 grills in the house. There is a DAB radio with Bluetooth, which allows you to play your own music. There is also Boxer TV. The house is built with the very best materials and has an extraordinary location. The house is heated by a pellet boiler. There is an opportunity for the children to play on the grounds. There is outdoor chess and a fire pit. There are plenty of opportunities for peace and quiet as the house is away from noise and traffic. The property is close to Lübker Golf and Djurs Sommerland. A good idea could be to bring your own bicycles, as the house is close to many bike routes. the walls have been painted white in the kitchen and living room, there is a new large bathroom on the 1st floor with two showers and on the ground floor a large 3D cinema with associated popcorn machine. there are 2 Weber charcoal grills and 2 ½ oven, and service for min. 50 people. The large garden with toys for the children and the forest that was right on the property where we could always watch deer, and how quiet and somewhat secluded it was.
