Uncomplicated handover/takeover. Clean condition location to the harbor+sea. Whatever is missing in the houses in Norway are hooks + storage for things in the individual bedrooms. Here a large wardrobe in the bedroom, much too big, half wardrobe and also in the other bedroom for things. No shelves, wardrobe upstairs,... Everything else is in line with the price. Condition of the terrace could be better.
