This well-kept and well-appointed holiday home with swimming pool, stand-up hot tub and sauna is located in a popular holiday home area on the scenic island of Als close to the Danish-German border and approx. 200 m from the sea and bathing beach. The area with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna invites to fun and well-being for the whole family all year round. Swimming pool is heated with energy-saving air-water heat pump. The living room can also be heated with an energy-saving lye-air heat pump that can also be used as air conditioning on a hot summer day. The large living room with living room and kitchen in one forms the perfect setting for spending time with family and friends around the clock. There is also a large selection of TV programs as well as free wireless internet. On the large terrace you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or have fun around the grill in the evening. On the large lawn, both children and adults can frolic with play and ball games. Not for rent to youth groups.

The holiday home has a good size for 10 people, the swimming pool and sauna are a very big plus. In the outdoor area, there is a trampoline, football goals, and similar play areas for children. The equipment of the house is also very good. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the house had been left quite dirty. Windows were open everywhere, so the house was very cold at the beginning. Fortunately, the swimming pool was well heated.

Many furnishings were renewed. There is another television in one of the bedrooms. The showers had some moldy joints. The kitchen utensils were partly broken or dirty. Short walk to a nice beach. Fenced terrace with fairly new furniture. Trampoline and plenty of space in the garden. Playstation 3 in the living room with some games included. Overall a nice vacation with many hours in the pool.

The general condition was very cozy at first glance. Upon closer inspection, one could see how much many things were simply worn out. The kitchen utensils were in not so nice condition. The property is very beautiful because you have privacy and there are many opportunities to keep the kids occupied.

The location is great, there were various things available for children to play (trampoline, sandbox, swings outside and puzzles etc. inside), the amenities with pool and whirlpool, with sauna are also excellent and the overall ambiance is also lovely and nice. / / Unfortunately, there is no field for suggestions or criticism, so I am writing this here as well: / Upon first entering, the house seems totally romantic and idyllic, but upon closer inspection, many things are worn and in need of renovation! z. B stands and the sauna has nails sticking out of the wood and the lamp there is rusty, there are irreparable stains in the cabinets, the shelf by the sauna is totally swollen, various tiles are chipped and broken, the breakfast boards are heavily worn, and throughout the house, it is noticeable that it was lived in carelessly, the tiles under the dining table are completely worn out and the fireplace is blocked, the pool has algae despite strong chemicals, which the gentleman who was there to check the pool did not fix, and it was also not possible for us due to the extremely worn pool brush! We didn't let that ruin our mood, but I can imagine it might be a dampener for future tenants.
