Cottage with whirlpool and sauna located only approx. 100 meters from the coast at Koldkær. There is a sea view from the terrace. The cottage has three bedrooms, one of which has an elevation double bed. There is also a loft with mattresses. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. microwave, separate freezer and dishwasher. Bright living room with heat pump as well as wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player. Free internet connection. Bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, sauna, shower and underfloor heating. There is a washer and dryer, cot and high chair. Both open and covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. There is a swing and sandbox for the kids.

The house is well equipped and the location near the Baltic Sea is excellent. Kitchen utensils are more than enough, so the dishwasher can take a break. The sauna is also very pleasant and easy to heat.

The owner provides guests with a lot, from walking sticks to children's toys, books, kitchen utensils, and small things like spices, dish soap, etc., up to bicycles. Water consumption is included, and guests can control electricity consumption by turning the water heater on and off. There are plenty of garden furniture in various forms, as well as a swing and sandbox. It would be nice if guests would handle the generously provided things with care.

The house is located in the second row to the Baltic Sea beach. The garden is very large and hardly visible. There are terraces all around the house, so you can have breakfast outside, sunbathe in the sun at noon, and grill later in the evening sun. The furnishings are functional and exude the coziness of the 2000s. The bedrooms are tiny, but this does not matter because the living-dining room with fireplace offers enough space. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds in the "master bedroom" are comfortable. Hou and Hals are both easily accessible by bike. Aalborg by car. A trip to Skagen is also worth a one and a half hour drive. In Hou and Hals, you can buy everything necessary, and in Hals, there is also a very good bakery.
