The water is very shallow in the area of the holiday home and therefore warms up early. Whether it is deep enough for swimming, I could not test because I was not in the water due to the shells. The fenced parking area belonging to the house could be a bit longer for larger cars. With good maneuvering skills, it is possible to park a Ford Transit there. However, it was tight. We complained, and it was immediately cleared. The fact that there is still no handrail here is incomprehensible to me; it is a major source of danger and accidents. Everything in the house itself is okay so far. The furniture is still uncomfortable, but the view compensates for a lot. Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes has decreased significantly. Cups, small bowls, cutlery are enough, but plates are missing (only 2 available), pots. No food storage available. We always bring a washing machine and a dish drying rack, as these are also not available. This time we couldn't even wash dishes because the plug in the sink was broken. We complained, but no new one arrived within 10 days. The owner of the house gave us a 5-liter bowl for washing dishes. I wonder what the tenants before us did? The shower curtain was also not replaced. Black, yellow mold. The shower has black mold. The kettle is completely filthy, the lid is broken. Since there is no handhold there (e.g. A handrail, I have already pointed out several times beforehand, I almost fell down the stairs. I just managed to hold on to my husband. We complained, and it was immediately cleared. That there is still no handrail here is incomprehensible to me; it is a major source of danger and accidents. Everything in the house itself is okay so far. The furniture is still uncomfortable, but the view makes up for a lot. Unfortunately, the dishes have decreased significantly. Cups, small bowls, cutlery are enough, however, plates are missing (only 2 available), pots. No storage for food is available. We always bring a washing machine and a dish drying rack, as these are also not available. This time we couldn't even wash up because the plug in the sink was broken. We complained, but no new one arrived within 10 days. The owner of the house gave us a 5-liter bowl for washing up. I wonder what the tenants before us did? The shower curtain was also not replaced. Black, yellow mold. The shower has black mold. The kettle is totally filthy, the lid is broken. I have made it a habit not to run to the rental office for every little thing, but I always note my observations on the billing slip, hoping that something will be done. Too bad, it probably doesn't help. This year I couldn't even get into the water because the walkway and the uneven stairs were overgrown and unrecognizable. Also, the bushes were full of wasps hanging over there. I am unsteady on my feet, so the option of going over the high terrace steps was not an option for me. I’ll put it this way, we are managing with this house, but the fact that it is not being properly cared for makes us very sad, because the house is well-maintained and furnished with comfortable furniture, where one can also stretch out, a real gem. If it were for sale, we would jump at the chance immediately. If we were allowed, we would also clear the property of all the wild growth. We will give the house another chance next year, but if nothing is done about it, then that will be the last time. The house is getting more expensive, so it should be well maintained both inside and outside... In this sense, we hope that our suggestions, including those from previous years, will finally be implemented. Especially the handrail on the access stairs to the house...

A cozy holiday cottage in an excellent location. Who can look at the sea directly from the bed? :-) The amenities are completely sufficient for 2 people. Remarkable are the many storage options. The house was very clean. A parking bay is available on the other side of the street. For people who need peace, an ideal place! Those who need more action should look for a different location. We were very satisfied.

However, there are no shelves in the kitchen, e.g., for washing dishes or to store groceries. The bathroom is very spacious with an open, walk-in shower. It should be mentioned in the listing that there is no washing machine and no dishwasher on site. The absence of a dishwasher is not an issue, but the lack of a washing machine is a pity; otherwise, we would have booked this house for more than a week next year. . . The living room furniture and chairs are not advantageous and very uncomfortable; a few sofa cushions and blankets are missing. Improvements could be made there. The bedroom is extremely cozy and waking up with a view of the Belt is even more beautiful. Here, however, the mattresses slide apart... Fresh and clean covers, blankets, and pillows were also available. The sunrises are dreamy. The extremely short path through the garden to the water is top-notch. For people who are not very mobile, this is a dream... Unfortunately, the property is very overgrown, including the small steps to the garden. I twisted my foot there. This could be made a bit freer, and the stairs from the parking lot to the house should also be kept clearer, and a railing should be installed. And lighting for the darker season... But the most important thing would be to trim the bushes a bit in front of the entrance, because if we weren't careful, we walked into a bunch of cobwebs at the door every morning when we wanted to leave the house. Also, the BBQ grill is a big win for relaxed evenings! No joke, the location is perfect for exploring places like Koldinghus and the nearby beaches. I will definitely come back!

This holiday home in Bjert has such a feeling! The panoramic views from the living room and the terrace are literally Instagram-worthy, super cozy decor, and everything you need is right there. Also, the BBQ grill is a big win for relaxed evenings! No joke, the location is perfect for exploring places like Koldinghus and the nearby beaches. I will definitely come back!

Overall a pleasant stay, the cabin is small but functional, with everything needed for a short trip. We appreciated the quiet location, which allowed for a restful sleep. The kitchen was adequately equipped, although we didn’t cook much. If you are looking for a place to relax without too many frills, this is the right spot. It is not far from the Kolding area, making it convenient for day trips.

It is simply our favorite house,,, We have now been to this house for the fourth time, but this time we got the impression that it is becoming more and more neglected, what a pity! The property does not look like it does in the pictures, you could say that it is 75%+ overgrown, the stairs to the house were also extremely overgrown, as there is no way to hold on (e.g. a handrail, as I have already mentioned several times beforehand), I almost fell down the stairs, I was just able to hold on to my husband, we complained and it was cleared immediately, I don't understand why there is still no handrail here, it is a major source of danger and accidents, everything in the house itself is OK, the furniture is still uncomfortable, but the view makes up for a lot, unfortunately the crockery has decreased enormously, there are enough cups, bowls and cutlery, but there are no plates (only 2 there), pots, no shelves for food, we always bring a washing machine and a dish drainer with, as this is not available either, This time we couldn't even do the washing up because the plug in the sink was broken, We complained, but a new one didn't arrive within 10 days, The owner of the house gave us a 5 litre bowl to wash up in, I wonder what the tenants before us did? The shower curtain wasn't replaced either, Black, yellow mould, The shower has black mould, The kettle is really dirty, the lid is broken, I've made it a habit not to go to the rental office for every little thing, but I always write down my observations on the billing slip in the hope that something will be done then, Too bad, it's probably no use, This year I couldn't even go into the water because the sidewalk and the uneven stairs were overgrown and couldn't be seen, Also the bushes there were full of wasps.

I am totally obsessed with the views! The living room is super cute, and the kitchen has everything you need. Perfect place for a romantic getaway. Free Wi-Fi is a plus for keeping up with the 'Gram. Just a note, it's a bit small, but feels cozy and not cramped. Would recommend for a relaxed weekend!

Great place for a couple's retreat! Everything was well thought out, the owners were friendly, and we really felt welcome. The nearby beach was a nice bonus for some sun by the water.
