Holiday cottage from 2012 built with the best materials and is well-furnished and has bright walls and wooden floors. The house contains a large living room with wood-burning stove for chilly summer evenings and is in open concept with a modern kitchen. There is a heat pump. The living room has access to a large, covered terrace. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. One bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool, toilet, shower and underfloor heating. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). There is also a fireplace and and an outdoor shower.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The location is wonderful if you, like us, are looking for peace and deceleration. The house is well equipped, all the appliances are quite new. Many spices, flour, etc. are also available. The beds are top-notch! The best beds we have had so far. Many cleaning supplies are available. However, cleanliness left much to be desired. The microwave was sticky and smelled unpleasant, cooking and eating utensils were partly quite dirty, a lot of dust, many dead insects under sofas and so on. The windows were also quite dirty. A garden lounger is sagging and torn. Only 1 German TV channel (ZDF). The TV itself is great. The bathrooms/toilets were both clean! However, an unpleasant, musty smell kept coming from the drains. Cleaning and running water did not help. Unfortunately, the grills looked like they had never been cleaned. We couldn't use them. All in all, a beautiful, large house with loving details and in a great location. Already a bit older and not clean in some places. But it was a nice vacation. Recommendations: The surroundings are beautiful. The way to Rønbjerg Huse, for example, at the Fiskehuset there is delicious fish! The smoked fish - a poem. The blooming rapeseed fields now in May are a dream motif. We were often in Løgstør! Great for fishing, the Is Huset has super delicious (soft) ice cream. The harbor, the old town, really a very nice small town. In Hvalpsund we took the ferry (90 DKK for car and 2 adults) across and had a great fjord tour. There are several fishing lakes in the area, Vester Himmerland was great for us. Caught 2 beautiful trout and also bought delicious chicken eggs. We visited Aars several times, went shopping in Viborg, and of course to Thorup Strand. In three weeks, we never had a boring day!

Very beautiful, very well-equipped house. Very clean with a good terrace all around and sufficient lawn area. Close to the fjord and various cities are easily accessible. Recommendations: Highly recommended Vieborg and towns around the Limfjord. A bit further trip to Skagen.

Bathroom and guest toilet each with shower Recommendations: Ertebølle Fossil Site. / Shell City Løgstør. / Visit the island Livø. / The city of Aalborg. / Lille Vildmose, a very large nature reserve with red deer, moose, sea eagles, golden eagles, and much more, if you're lucky.
