Surrounded by sandy beaches and a nature reserve, these modern semi-detached houses are situated in Marina Wendtorf on the Kiel Fjord. The Baltic Sea, the harbour and the promenade provide the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday by the water. The houses were built in a Scandinavian style over two storeys. Modern furnishings, wood-panelled walls and sloping ceilings create a light and airy atmosphere. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, underfloor heating and a sauna. The terrace is accessible from the hallway and both bedrooms. On the first floor, you’ll find the combined kitchen and living area with access to the loggia. Here, you can spend relaxing evenings and enjoy the view of the surrounding area. You can use binoculars to watch the shipping traffic and the natural surroundings. After a walk or a cycle ride, the sauna is the perfect place to unwind. Facilities include a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, a music system with an MP3 connection, a bioethanol fireplace and air conditioning. Furnishings and the type of coffee machine may vary depending on the property. High-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi is available. An electric barbecue can be hired from the service office for a fee. A car parking space is included with the holiday home. The Activity Centre offers an indoor play area with slides and climbing facilities, as well as black-light mini-golf. Entry is free for DanCenter guests. Further playgrounds are located along the promenade. Rental is exclusively for holidaymakers for holiday purposes.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Very favorable location for various holiday activities: beach with shallow water zone and bathing possibility in deeper water nearby, house practically, clean and friendly furnished, many seating areas in and around the house for sun, shade, rain, and also wind-protected spots, beautiful relaxing view, restaurants, shopping nearby, playground for kite flying just a few meters away, no cars/metal in front of the house! Marina with harbor flair and playgrounds nearby. Bike tours to the nature area/lighthouse possible.

The baseboards in the kitchen I did last year with tape. Should have been done properly. The table is questionable!!!

Very beautifully and modernly furnished, we lacked nothing. The location is great and the leisure offerings for children were good (indoor playground, for example). The place itself offers enormous more potential but is clean and beautiful. I would have wished for more leisure activities for adults during the Easter season. Everything at the house itself was TOP!!! Recommendations: The promenade is very nice, bicycles can be rented directly on site. The place itself has enormous more potential. I would have wished for more leisure activities for adults during Easter time. A trip to Laboe is always worth it.

Location is very good, view directly to the sea. House is well equipped. What bothers is that the bedroom, living room, and kitchen are clearly visible from the neighbor and offer no privacy atmosphere. Bedroom is directly next to the front door where light comes in at dawn. Recommendations: Dogs are not allowed to swim nearby everywhere, and where there is a bathing beach, there is a chicken ladder that has a good slope of 70% and is not for the faint of heart. Anyone who wants to visit Kiel should not go before 12:00 PM, as most shops open then. Otherwise, the rest open at 3 PM. Restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. What is bothersome is that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, but full payment is required for both.
