Gefallen haben uns folgende Dinge: die Lage am Meer, die große Küche, der Balkon Empfehlungen: Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft für Familien mit großem Hund (30kg plus) aufgrund der steilen und glatten Treppe ungeeignet. Die Regelung mit dem Grillrost (dieser muss gegen ein Pfand von 20 Euro im DanCenter vor Ort abgeholt werden) fanden wir unmöglich. Wir kamen am Anreisetag gegen 16:30Uhr an und konnten dann den Grill nicht nutzen (DanCenter war geschlossen!!!) Das wurde auch vorher nicht in den Unterlagen zur Unterkunft vermerkt. Sehr Schade. Die Sauberkeit (insbesondere der Terrasse) ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Da lagen Müllreste und das Holz und Mobilar war mit Grünalge verunreinigt. Die Liegen waren verrostet und teilweise defekt. Zum Sonnenschirm fehlte das Unterteil.

1. Die moderne Unterteilung - Wohnen und Küchenzeile im Obergeschoß, bzw. Schlafen und Sanitär / (Dusche mit WC) im Erdgeschoß hat uns sehr gefallen. / 2. Dieses Miethaus schien uns komplett renoviert. Es wurde uns dementsprechend auch sehr sauber / übergeben. / 3. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile ist aus unserer Sicht komplett (eigentlich wie zu Hause) mit allen / erforderlichen Elektrogeräten , Geschirr ...ausgestattet. / 4. Es sind erinnerlich 3 TV- Flachbildschirme , 2 oben / 1 Gerät im Erdgeschoß vorhanden. / 5. Das Ferienhaus Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in der Nähe zum Sandstrand / bzw. mit Blick auf die Ostsee. / 6. Es ist zwar für bis zu 6 Personen angeboten ,dann wird es allerdings räumlich schon etwas eng. / Dies betrifft aber nur den Schlafraum mit Doppelbett . Für 4 Personen ist dieses Miethaus aber / optimal. / 7. Für Kleikinder sollte möglichst der Treppenaufgang ins Obergeschoß unten und oben sicher gesperrt / werden können. / Es hat uns (3Personen) so gut gefallen, dass wir spontan beschlossen haben wieder zu kommen. Dies / haben wir für Januar/Februar in 2025 zumindest geplant. Sehr gerne wieder im gleichen Miethaus. / / Viele Grüße / Familie K.-H. However, it would be very useful if there was also a washcloth available to wipe down the hallway when it rains. / / But,,,,the couch in the living room definitely needs to be replaced as it is totally worn out.
