Well-kept holiday cottage located in quiet, scenic surroundings approx. 600 m from ocean and beach. You have views of Jyske Ås (natural area). The house was built in 2006 and includes a living room in open concept with the kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with whirlpool. There is underfloor heating in all tile floors. From the plot and living room you can see the ocan in clear weather. The furnishings are tasteful and modern in the famous Danish cottage style. The owner has with a sure hand and an eye for quality furnished the rooms so that any stay in the house is associated with well-being and relaxation. At the same time, the house is very well maintained and the decoration attuned to the decor. There are both covered and open terrace to the east, south and west. Part of the terrace is equipped with halogen light, which provides extraordinary opportunities for evening relaxation. The house has an energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The plot is a level natural plot, adjacent to the magnificent protected natural area surrounded by Jyske Ås. For children there are swings and sandbox. You can hear the ocean from the plot. Not for rent to youth groups.
