Description

Open kitchen(cooker(electric), coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer(1-59L), tumble dryer, washing machine), Living/bed room(TV(cable, german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), DVD player, radio), bedroom(double bed, children's bed), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(double bed), bathroom(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), bathroom(washbasin, shower, toilet), mezzanine(2x single folding bed), sauna(4 persons), heating(electric), terrace, BBQ, air to air heatpump

Modern furnished holiday cottage from 2006 with bright furniture. The kitchen has a dish washer whereas washing machine, dryer and micro wave is in the hall way. The bathroom has a 2 person whirlpool and a 5 person sauna. The living room has a wood-burning stove. Swing for the children on the plot. There are trees lining the plot along the coast approx. 150 metres from the water's edge.

  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

Very well equipped holiday home, One downside is the lack of hooks in the bathroom, not enough for full occupancy. / Very good location and sights are easily accessible, Also, the walk on the beach is very nice.

The house is large and spacious, suitable for 4 adults with 2 children. The equipment with sauna, whirlpool, fireplace, and W-Lan is very good. The house is located in a quiet outskirts of a larger holiday home area. Since we were there in October, we cannot comment on the situation when the nearby campsite is full of life.

The house is quite large, has a lot of amenities and is not far from the sea (even though the beach is very small). Additionally, there is a large property included where you have plenty of space to play.
