open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer(60-99L), washing machine), Living/bed room(TV(cable, german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), DVD player, CD player, stereo unit, high chair), bedroom(single bed, double bed, children's bed), bedroom(double bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), terrace, BBQ, play equipment, table tennis table, billiards

An end row-house with two large, closed terraces at the holiday centre of RIM, thoroughly renovated in 2013. Enjoy the view of golf courses and the sea wall. The house consists of two floors and has a combined living room, dining section and modern kitchen on ground floor. In the shed you will find an extra fridge for storing beverages etc. The holiday centre offers many activities, like free access to swimming pools outdoors and indoors (during season), billiards and table tennis. No letting to youth groups.

  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
