Holiday home with swimming pool located 400 meters from the white sandy beach of the North Sea. The house's two terraces, both have beautiful views of the dunes. The house is practically furnished for both one and two families both summer and winter. It has an open kitchen with i.a. dishwasher and the opportunity to have fun with guests in the living room while cooking. In the living room there is a wood burning stove, access to free internet, flat screen TV with German channels and comfortable furniture, where you can relax with a good book or watch your favorite program. There is also a PlayStation 3 set up, for which you can bring your own games. The pool section contains 25 m & # 178; pool with swimming coach, 2-person whirlpool and sauna. There is nothing more relaxing after a swim in the pool, like a walk in the house's sauna or sitting in front of the crackling wood stove. Near the house there is a playground and a football field. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Beautiful little village, cozy little house, sea very close by, BUT electricity costs are insane. In the house, you have to be extremely careful with electricity. Otherwise, the additional payment goes through the roof. One week 200€. If we hadn't turned everything down, we would have had to pay at least double.
