Well maintained, large and spacious pool house located on the outskirts of Lønstrup on an open plot. Convenient walking distance to both Lønstrup as to ocean and beach. The house has a living room and open kitchen, four bedrooms and a loft, two bathrooms with shower and as well an open as well as a covered terrace. The pool area has, in addition to the swimming pool with children's corner and waterslide and access to the sauna. The entire house is tastefully decorated with furniture and decoration in harmonious colours and high quality. The four bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the house separated by the residence areas, so the house is suitable for two families wishing to spend their holiday together. The house has air-to-water heat pump for heating the swimming pool, which limits energy costs significantly. The plot is level and very suitable for outdoor activities like playing with the kids, sunbathing, evening fun around the grill and more. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The house and the property are very well maintained and clean. The landlords are very nice. The technology in the house is also in very good condition. Recommendations: The Rubjerg Knude Fyr lighthouse in the sand dune is very worth seeing. 1 hour away is the northernmost part where the North Sea and the Baltic Sea meet in Skagen/Grenen, a must-see. All the beaches around Lonstrup are very beautiful for hiking.

The size of the house, the garden, the playground, as well as the pool and sauna, just everything. Recommendations: the lighthouse, as well as beach walks, visits in Lønstrup, all the manufacturers of jewelry, drawings, and pottery.

Beautiful holiday home with a well-maintained pool. The heating (we were there in winter) was unfortunately not in the best condition - partly not well secured, poorly labeled, or only adjustable as very cold or very hot. Dishes were available, technical devices were new, and the beds were comfortable. The toys for children were also in good condition. Everything was clean upon our arrival. We would come back - but probably rather in summer.
