Beautiful, bright house with great amenities. The foosball table was awesome, unfortunately the dartboard was broken. The large lawn is ideal for playing and romping. Also great is the dead-end location; you have more privacy than the surrounding houses. Recommendations: Trip to Thy National Park. It's worth it. There are great pebbles on the beach in Vrist. If you bring markers to paint stones, you have a great bad weather program for kids and adults.

"Very beautiful house at the end of a cul-de-sac. The carport with storage room for bicycles also appealed to us. It is also very nice that there is a hedge or bushes all around, and in the west of this cul-de-sac, there is a small coniferous forest, which provides a welcome windbreak in strong west winds. This is not as nice at many other holiday homes in Vrist. We were overall pleased with the furnishings. We also noticed the abundant supply of cutlery and porcelain." For the heating system, a simple guide would be very helpful. At the entrance, there are switches for "Occupied/Unoccupied" and also for heating with or without reduction. Additionally, in the hallway outside the bathroom, there is the thermostat for the underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is also the option to heat with the split air conditioning unit. However, we did not use that. We did not need to heat in the evenings during the nice weather in the last week of September 2025. The house has warmed up very nicely from the sun (about 24°C in the living room at 6:30 PM) and held the heat quite well until about 10:30 PM. In the morning, we turned on the stove a few times to have it nice and warm during breakfast as well. The stove didn't draw properly at first, but after some experimenting with slightly pulling out the ash drawer, it worked out. The beds were also very nice. One should have appropriately large fitted sheets 180x200cm due to the continuous 180cm topper. It is also positive that there are wardrobes with sufficient space in both double bedrooms. A sufficiently large fridge/freezer combination is also available. Oh yes, a Weber gas grill is also available. The gas bottle is stored in the storage room by the carport. However, we did not use it. We would book the house again. "Recommendations: Shopping at REMA1000 about. We have made use of the 2km distance several times. We have ridden the bike path along the dune to Thyboron to the harbor several times and bought fresh fish and smoked fish there. Highly recommended. You can also eat locally in the restaurant there. The bike tour to the lighthouse on the official bike route 1 / 12 should be approached with caution. The path from Vejlby along the dune to Ferring has some soft sandy sections that are not so easy to traverse with a regular bike or eBike. We returned via the road around FerringSö. Lemvig has a nice little town center with various shopping options. It’s worth a visit. The Stranding Museum St. George in Thorsminde was also nice. And there at the harbor, a nice little fish shop with smoked and fresh fish. Anyone who likes can certainly take a walk along the beach to Thyboron and then have the option to take the train back to Vrist.
