Location by the water

The location is perfect, right by the water. From the combined living/dining area and also the integrated kitchenette, there is a direct view of the water through the large window front. The surroundings are quiet, suitable for noise-sensitive individuals. Mostly private holiday homes are spaced out around, which were only occupied on weekends during our stay. The internet connection was very good. The kitchen is well equipped - however, a toaster is missing. There are various children's games available and a large beautiful stuffed animal. / / Unfortunately, as I only realized at the end of the survey, there is no section for comments, so I will make them here: / The house may be inhabited by dogs. Unfortunately, there is no fence surrounding the house. The dogs must be kept on a leash in the extensive area. They can only run free on the beach, which is accessible after about 150 meters. Therefore, it makes sense to bring a longer leash for the dog, which can then be attached to the house, allowing the dog a bit of freedom of movement. / / The house is located directly by the water, but is separated from it by piled stones. Thus, access is only possible at the end of the path. The holiday homes are partly very close together, which is not so clearly visible in the photos. Cleanliness was only superficial. The window panes were partly so dirty that one believed the weather was foggy. In the shower, black mold had spread on the floor. In the cabinets, we found plenty of hair from previous tenants. The final inspection doesn't seem to really work. / / The furniture has seen better days. Visually nice but now wobbly. As a couch, there is only a worn two-seater in the living room, along with an uncomfortable wooden chair and a designer chair that was actually cozy - although not easy to leave (because it was so low). On the chairs are sheepskins - unfortunately, they are so old and never cleaned that one does not know what might jump out at one. // The hot water is provided by an electric boiler with a capacity of about 50 liters. We were only two, but the water for washing my hair in the shower turned cold. / / Cold is another problem in the house. Although it has electric heaters that don't get particularly warm - the underfloor heating in the bathroom didn't seem to get warm at all. Which is really unpleasant. The towels dry poorly even with the window permanently open, and without heating, it is very uncomfortable and cold. A stove like in the other houses does not exist - it gets very cold there very quickly. The blankets are very thin, so anyone who is chilly or arrives in winter should bring warm bedding. / / Since everything in the house is powered by electricity, the electricity bill is accordingly. What a gem! The panoramic views from the accommodation are breathtaking. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the terrace and watching the sunrise over the water.
