Holiday cottage located right at the Limfjord, approx. 10 m from the water. From both the house as from the plot there is a splendid panoramic view of the water. The kitchen is equipped with cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. Furthermore, TV with satellite, DVD player and radio. There is a large double bedroom. The children's room has to beds. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. Lawn at the house and terrace around the house. Here you can sit and enjoy the view while dinner is prepared on the garden grill.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The view is dreamy as described - the house is okay and apart from cake forks, we missed nothing. But for 5 stars, you expect something different - the dishes are relatively mismatched - only 3 good mugs for 4 people, the 2 bedrooms are very small - a 50 cm wardrobe, which was filled with bedding, etc. The bed can only be accessed from 2 sides with about 50 cm of space next to it - superficially, the cleanliness was acceptable - but a thorough cleaning would be appropriate - mold in the holder of the showerhead - the cabinets in the bathroom not empty (old shower gels, etc.) The dishwasher (upper cutlery drawer) not empty - all just small things that I do not want at 5 stars - the vacation was still nice - also thanks to the good weather.

The location is perfect, right by the water. From the combined living/dining room and also the integrated kitchenette, you have a direct view of the water through the large window front. The surroundings are quiet, suitable for noise-sensitive individuals. Surrounding it are mostly private holiday homes at a loose distance, which were only occupied on weekends during our stay. The internet connection was very good. The kitchen is well equipped - however, a toaster is missing. There are various children's games available and a large beautiful stuffed animal. / / Unfortunately, as I only realized at the end of the survey, there is no section for comments, so I will make them here: / The house may be inhabited by dogs. Unfortunately, there is no fence surrounding the house. The dogs must be kept on a leash in the extensive area. They can only run free on the beach, which is accessible after about 150 meters. Therefore, it makes sense to bring a longer leash for the dog, which can then be attached to the house, allowing the dog a bit of freedom of movement. / / The house is directly by the water, but is separated from it by piled stones. Thus, access is only possible at the end of the path. The holiday homes are somewhat closely spaced, which is not very clear in the photos. Cleanliness was only superficial. The window panes were partly so dirty that one believed the weather was foggy. In the shower, black mold had spread on the floor. In the cabinets, we found plenty of hair from previous tenants. The final inspection doesn't seem to really work. // The furniture has seen better days. Visually nice but now wobbly. As a couch, there is only a worn two-seater in the living room, along with an uncomfortable wooden chair and a designer chair that was actually cozy - although not easy to get out of (because it was so low). On the chairs are sheepskins - unfortunately, they are so old and never cleaned that one does not know what might jump out at you. // The hot water is supplied by an electric boiler with a capacity of about 50 liters. We were only two, but the water for washing my hair in the shower became cold. / / Cold is another problem in the house. Although it has electric heaters that don't get particularly warm - the underfloor heating in the bathroom didn't seem to get warm at all. Which is really unpleasant. The towels dry poorly even with the window permanently open, and without heating, it is very uncomfortable and cold. A wood stove like in the other houses does not exist - it gets very cold there very quickly. The blankets are very thin, so anyone who is chilly or arrives in winter should bring warm bedding. / / Since everything in the house is powered by electricity, the electricity bill is correspondingly high. In winter, with 4 people, this could easily amount to an estimated 150 euros per week.

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Wasser. Von dem kombinierten Wohn / Essraum und auch der integrierten Küchenzeile hat man durch die große Fensterfront einen direkten Blick auf das Wasser. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, für lärmempfindliche Personen geeignet. Ringsum stehen im lockeren Abstand größtenteils private Ferienhäuser die zu dem Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes nur am Wochenende belegt waren. Die Internetverbindung war sehr gut. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet - allerdings fehlt ein Toaster. Es sind verschiedene Kinderspiele vorhanden und ein großes schönes Kuscheltier. / / Wie ich leider erst am Ende der Befragung feststellte, gibt es keine Rubrik für Anmerkungen, darum mache ich sie hier: / Das Haus darf mit Hunden bewohnt werden. Dummerweise gibt es keinen Zaun der das Haus umgibt. Die Hunde müssen in dem weitläufigen Gebiet an der Leine geführt werden. Freilaufen geht nur am Strand, welcher nach ca. 150 Metern erreichbar ist. Daher ist es sinnvoll sich eine längere Schleppleine für den Hund mitzunehmen, welche man dann am Haus befestigen kann und somit dem Hund ein bisschen Bewegungsfreiheit gönnt. / / Das Haus liegt zwar direkt am Wasser, ist aber durch aufgeschüttete Steine davon getrennt. Somit ist der Zugang nur am Ende des Weges möglich. Die Ferienhäuser stehen teilweise sehr eng beieinander, was auf den Fotos nicht so gut zu erkennen ist. Die Sauberkeit war nur oberflächlich gegeben. So waren die Fensterscheiben teilweise so verschmutzt, dass man glaubte, dass Wetter sei nebelig. In der Dusche hat sich am Boden schwarzer Schimmel ausgebreitet. In den Schränken fanden wir noch reichlich Haare von Vormietern. Die Abschlusskontrolle scheint nicht wirklich zu funktionieren. / / Die Möbel haben schon bessere Tage gesehen. Optisch nett aber inzwischen wackelig. Als Couch gibt es im Wohnzimmer lediglich ein abgenutzter Zweisitzer, dazu ein unbequemer Holzstuhl und ein Designerstuhl, der tatsächlich gemütlich - wenn auch nicht leicht zu verlassen war (weil so niedrig). Auf den Stühlen befinden sich Schaffelle - leider sind die schon so alt und nie gereinigt, dass man nicht weiß, was einen da möglicherweise anspringt. / / Die Warmwasseraufbereitung erfolgt über einen elektrischen Heizkessel mit einem Fassungsvermögen von ca. 50 Litern. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber bei mir wurde das Wasser beim Haarewaschen unter der Dusche kalt. / / Kälte ist ein weitere Problem in dem Haus. Es verfügt zwar über elektrische Heizkörper, die nicht sonderlich warm werden - die Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer schien überhaupt nicht warm zu werden. Was wirklich unangenehm ist. Die Handtücher trocknen selbst bei dauerhaft geöffnetem Fenster nur schlecht und ohne Heizung ist das sehr unangenehm und kalt. Einen Kaminofen wie in den anderen Häusern gibt es nicht - es wird dort sehr schnell, sehr kalt. Bettdecken sind sehr dünn, wer also fröstelig ist oder im Winter anreist sollte sich warmes Bettzeug mitnehmen. / / Da alles in dem Haus über Strom betrieben wird, fällt die Stromrechnung entsprechend aus. Im Winter mit 4 Personen könnten dass auch durchaus mal geschätzte 150 Euro pro Woche werden.
