Holiday cottage with ideal location at the end of a cul-de-sac with direct access to a common area where the children can play ball etc. There is a 19 m² large swimming pool where children and grown-ups alike can frolic. You can observe the children playing alone in the pool through the large living room window. The pool area has underfloor heating and also a 3-seater whirlpool and a bathroom with direct access to the sauna. Heating through wood-burning stove which help make the energy costs low. Ground floor has 2 bedrooms with closets. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic cooker. On the mezzanine/1st floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a 2 open bedrooms with 2 single beds and a double bed respectively. From the living room you have access to the terrace. From the mezzanine you have access to the balcony. Sitting area with leather sofa and arm chairs. Large flatscreen TV in both the living room and on the mezzanine. DVD player either place. There are also Nintendo Wii and PlayStatio2. The hall has washer and dryer. Free access to Snedsted Hallen with swimming pool and gym
