Ruhige Lage,kleiner,gepflegter Garten mit Schaukel. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Alles sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut und ausreichend. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, vorallem für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Sauna, für die es leider keine Bedienungsanleitung gibt, somit viel "verschenkter" Raum. Für den Holzofen im Wohnzimmer ist kein Holz vorhanden, wir hätten ihn gerne Ende Oktober am Abend benutzt. Holz müsste selbst besorgt werden.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Von hieraus sind Fahrradtouren in allen Richtungen möglich. / Eine große Terrasse mit Garten ist vorhanden. / Wir haben das Haus in einem sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. / Die Einrichtung im Haus ist OK und ausreichend für vier Personen. / Schön war auch der freundlichen Empfang im Service Büro. / Für uns war alles soweit gut. We had a fantastic stay at the holiday home in Otterndorf! The house was beautifully decorated in a cozy Danish style, and it was perfect for our family of six, The sauna was a nice touch after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions, and we loved grilling on the terrace, The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy for the kids to play in the sand while we relaxed, Highly recommend this place for families!

Unsere Kinder (7&5) fanden den Garten mit Schaukel und Sandkasten super und wir haben das Kanu mehrmals benutzt, das war toll. Das Haus hat Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner. Empfehlungen: Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und waren schnell am schönen kleinen Strand, Südsee, etc. / An einem Tag haben wir in Cuxhaven eine sehr spannende ("Schnupper") Wattwanderung gemacht.

Die großzügige Wohnraumaufteilung, die großen und qualitativ hochwertigen Fenster, die beiden Terrassen und das üppige, offene Grundstück. / Die Einrichtung war gut durchdacht und sehr gepflegt. Besonders möchte ich die Ausstattung der Schlafräume mit den sehr guten Matratzen, Einziehdecken und Kopfkissen erwähnen. Empfehlungen: Ich war mit meiner 87jährigen Mutter eine Woche vor Ort. Der Aktionsradius beschränkte sich vorwiegend auf die sehr gepflegte Ferienhausanlage. Was für uns absolut kein Problem war. Letztendlich konnte ich dann doch den Wunsch meiner Mutter (einen Deichspaziergang) erfüllen indem wir mit dem Auto bis zum Ahoi gefahren sind.

The house itself is wonderfully equipped with a sauna, garden with terrace, beach chair, sandpit, swing, borders and privacy screens with plants, but almost all things urgently need to be replaced as they are broken or rotten. The frame of the swing is wobbly and rotten, the rope even broke when swinging, several garden chairs had cracks on the seat so that you could get stuck, a wooden chair collapsed completely, the timer in the sauna was broken, important kitchen utensils are missing or need to be replaced. Instead of two egg slicers, which no one uses anymore, a large salad bowl, a pasta strainer and a hand blender would be useful. The outside handle on the balcony door is broken, as is the handle on the freezer compartment, which can no longer be closed. The house itself is wonderfully equipped with a sauna, garden with terrace, beach chair, sandpit, swing, borders and privacy screens with plants, but almost all things urgently need to be replaced as they are broken or rotten. The frame of the swing is wobbly and rotten, the rope even broke when swinging, several garden chairs had cracks on the seat so that you could get stuck, a wooden chair collapsed completely, the timer in the sauna was broken, important kitchen utensils are missing or need to be replaced. Instead of two egg slicers, which no one uses anymore, a large salad bowl, a pasta strainer and a hand blender would be useful. The outside handle on the balcony door is broken, as is the handle on the freezer compartment, which can no longer be closed. Many of these defects were a Dan Center employee, as she said, had already taken it up some time ago and passed it on, but obviously nothing has been done to fix it, For this condition of the house the price is too high,
