This comfortable quality house in Danish building style from 2008 is located in the Water and Land Park Otterndorf. The house is located in the 2nd row and is well equipped with i.a. modern furniture and wood-paneled walls, which ensure a bright indoor climate. The smallest guests have also been considered and there is both a high chair and a cot available and table football for the slightly older children. On cool days or after a long walk in nature, you can warm up in the house's sauna and relax in the heat. In addition, you can sit in front of the TV with satellite receiver and enjoy the heat from the stove. There are fly nets in front of the windows in the bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The bed mattresses are from 2013 and 2014. The bathroom has a blind. In addition, there are toasters, irons and boards. There is a coffee machine with coffee pads. You can enjoy the sun on the two terraces. On one terrace there is a table with 6 chairs, a barbecue, two sun loungers and a parasol, and on the other terrace there is a table with four chairs. In the dunes you will find a place with a beach basket and flag beach and the children can enjoy themselves on the swing or the playground in the dunes. In addition, there is a separate barbecue area with wood basket and two benches. The idyllic town of Otterndorf has an exciting town center with several half-timbered houses and various shops, restaurants, discos and numerous other leisure activities. Here are also optimal conditions for anglers (fishing licenses are issued at the campsite & quot; See Actern Dieck & quot;) just as you can find good cycling routes. Also try a boat trip down the & quot; Am Grossen Specken & quot; or you can admire the large tankers and ferries that sail close past Otterndorf. Remember to bring a fishing rod and binoculars. Model pictures. Deposit for youth groups is 500 Euro per person.

Recommendations: Be sure to note that the house is not intended for 6 adults. The couch in the living room is too narrow. Otherwise, everything is great. The kitchen was very well equipped. Cutlery is rather tight. Thank you.

The house itself is wonderfully equipped with a sauna, garden with terrace, beach chair, sandpit, swing, borders and privacy screens with plants, but almost all things urgently need to be replaced as they are broken or rotten. The frame of the swing is wobbly and rotten, the rope even broke when swinging, several garden chairs had cracks on the seat so that you could get stuck, a wooden chair collapsed completely, the timer in the sauna was broken, important kitchen utensils are missing or need to be replaced. Instead of two egg slicers, which no one uses anymore, a large salad bowl, a pasta strainer and a hand blender would be useful. The outside handle on the balcony door is broken, as is the handle on the freezer compartment, which can no longer be closed. Many of these defects were a Dan Center employee, as she said, had already taken it up some time ago and passed it on, but obviously nothing has been done to fix it, For this condition of the house the price is too high,

We were already in the park for the fourth time, but this house had the most beautiful property, the furnishings in the house are similar to those in the other houses as well, everything you need was there, the mattresses were very comfortable, only the bathroom or the shower was quite small. Location was in the 2nd row to the water. Recommendations: Animal park in Windstärke, Zoo by the sea in Bremerhaven, fishing harbor in Cuxhaven. Shopping in Cuxhaven. You can eat very well at Dubrovnik in Otterndorf, good food at reasonable prices for years or a changing lunch menu at the butcher Kindler.

I would particularly like to mention the equipment of the bedrooms with the very good mattresses, duvets, and pillows. Recommendations: I was on site for a week with my 87-year-old mother. The range of activities was mainly limited to the very well-kept holiday home complex. What was absolutely no problem for us. In the end, I was able to fulfill my mother's wish (a dike walk) by driving to Ahoi by car.
