A holiday cottage with a 4x4 metres circular swimming pool with 1,5 metres depth, available between May 1st and September 1st. Please nottice that the pool is not heated. The house is located on a cul-de-sac, on a large, secluded natural plot.

  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

Der Strand ist nahe und war dieses Jahr bis auf die Wochenenden nur wenig frequentiert, / Das Haus ist gemütlich und zum Teil persönlich eingerichtet, Swimmingpool ist eine gute Sache, durch die am (Holz-) Haus liegende Umwälzpumpe nicht ohne Geräusche, Das Servicecenter hat schnell umprogrammiert, / Das Service-Center hat uns gut beraten in Bezug auf die Umgegend, Restaurants und Geschäfte, / Wir werden die Umgebung von Skagen gern weiter als Ziel ansteuern,
