The quiet location with the great view of the water. The good kitchen equipment. The wonderful terrace spots and the coziness in the house. We were a bit disappointed with the TV reception. Friends of ours were there in April and received all German channels. After that, something was changed with the box and now you only get ARD and ZDF. Perhaps one should also consider a new corner sofa and new dining chairs. They are quite worn out. Recommendations: One should definitely visit the Lille Vildmose Center and the nature reserve, which is about 14 km away. There is a rich wildlife there, and with a lot of luck and patience, one might also see moose. The Vafflehuset in Öster Hurup. They have really delicious ice cream. Drive along the road by the Mariagerfjord, it's really beautiful.

A very nice holiday home. Lots of space and very well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no climbing frame / swing / sandbox for children outside. That would be perfect when traveling with kids. Otherwise, everything is very nice. The sofa might need to be replaced, very worn out.
