The thatched-roof house is located in a residential complex with detached houses. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms, each with two sleeping places, and on the upper floor, a large room with four additional single beds. The double beds in three rooms have indirect LED lighting in the floor area. This is particularly helpful at night when one needs to go to the bathroom. The double beds are box spring beds and very comfortable. However, they also fill almost the entire room, so there is not much space left in the room besides two small cabinets. One bedroom has two single beds. The pool is pleasantly large at 25 sqm and was advertised as being heated to 28 degrees. The sauna is quite small and accommodates a maximum of three people. The whirlpool bathtub is more of a larger bathtub for a maximum of two people. The living area with the open kitchen is quite spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The large stove with five cooking areas is particularly suitable for several people. There is a large refrigerator, which is complemented by a small freezer in the storage room. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, as well as another bathroom with a shower and toilet in the pool area. The heating is designed as electric underfloor heating. There are two air conditioning units and small electric heaters in the rooms. In the middle of the living area, there is a stove. For this, however, we would have wished for instructions, as it sometimes pulled very poorly. The pull on the ash drawer is also defective. Some other houses in the neighborhood are already equipped with one. Due to the location in a dune landscape, nature makes itself known. We had ant infestations in several places. It was unusual for us that we found no toilet paper upon our arrival. One should think about this when arriving. Drying towels are only included in the booked linen package. Those who do not book this should bring their own. Overall, we felt very comfortable in the house.
