Highly recommended accommodation

With our grandchild, we spent a very nice holiday week.
We very much enjoyed the good facilities and the wonderful peace and quiet.
Our granddaughter was allowed to play in the property, and from the terrace we always had an eye on her.
The landlord family was very friendly and accessible to us even for the smallest requests.
Conclusion: we would gladly come back and then for 2 weeks in a row.

The vacation home is recommended.

Holiday home - well and comfortably furnished
Cleanliness - very good
WLAN - always possible
Catering - butcher with bread service just a few steps away
Hosts - very nice and always helpful
Location - nice and quiet with a beautiful garden
Hiking trails, cycling, and much more are all possible.
We felt very comfortable with the Butschke family.

Urlaub

Holiday home was very clean and well equipped. Landlord very friendly.
We traveled with a child, unfortunately we had to realize that apart from children's books and CDs, there was nothing else for kids available, even though the garden was very large. During a cozy barbecue evening, it is very boring for the kids as there is nothing outside. The house is not necessarily suitable for late risers, as the neighbors start using the chainsaw around 7:30 in the morning, followed by a lawn mower later on. What we also didn't like was the absence of cushions for the sun loungers and chairs (only small seat cushions were provided for the chairs). Additionally, we found it less than ideal to have quilted duvets in the middle of summer. We expected more for a 4-star holiday home.

wir danken für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit, die die Sauberkeit und die ansprechende Einrichtung unseres Ferienhauses sowie unsere Freundlichkeit als Vermieter hervorhebt.

Für Ferienkinder halten wir gern eine DVD-Sammlung, Brettspiele sowie Lesebücher, für jüngere Kinder Vorlesebücher bereit. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis, wenn wir keine umfangreiche Spielzeugsammlung oder aus Haftungsgründen keine Spielgeräte wie Klettergerüst o.ä. im Garten aufgestellt haben. Nur 600 m vom Ferienhaus entfernt neben der alten Schule befindet sich ein gerade vor 2 Monaten eröffneter Spielplatz für Jung und Alt mit Trimm-dich-Geräten. Wir haben den Hinweis auf desen Spielplatz für künftige Gäste in unser im Ferienhaus ausliegendes Info-Mäppchen aufgenommen.

Das kühle, regnerische Wetter während Ihres Aufenthaltes brachte es leider mit sich, dass die Gemeindearbeiter Baumpflegearbeiten vornahmen. Auf die wöchentliche – nicht zuletzt wegen der Optik - anfallende Gartenarbeit unserer Nachbarn haben wir leider keinen Einfluss. So sehr wir dies bedauern.

Dass wir aus Hygienegründen für die hochwertigen Gartenmöbel keine dicken Polster und dafür die Hochlehner auf der Terrasse bequeme Sitzpolster bereit legen, darüber informierten wir Sie bereits bei Ihrer Abreise persönlich.

Eine Nutzung der bereit gelegten Liegenpolster mit nackter Haut und ohne Laken durch Feriengäste konnten wir mehrfach nicht verhindern und haben uns daher entschlossen, mit Hinblick auf die unschön hinterlassenen Schweißränder keine dicken Polster für Gartenliegen mehr zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die für die von unseren Gästen gern genutzten Gartenliegen bereitgelegten Liegenhandtücher haben Sie leider nicht benutzt.

In all unseren Feriendomizilen stellen wir durchweg keine Federbetten bereit. Die für unsere Feriengäste vorgehaltenen Decken sind hygienisch, bis 60 Grad waschbare und auch von Allergikern nutzbare Betten, die wir je nach Witterung gegen dünne Bio-Decken aus Bambus austauschen. Während Ihres Aufenthaltes waren kühle, regnerische Tage und wir entschieden uns daher, die bereitgestellten Decken aufzuziehen.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass wir Ihren Erwartungen mit unserem Ferienhaus "Neuenhagen" nicht entsprechen konnten und Sie zudem den Urlaub mit Ihrem Enkel nach nur 4 Nächten aufgrund Rückruf durch den Arbeitgeber abbrechen mussten.

Finally peace

We were looking for a break and found it. A cozy clean house where we were greeted very nicely. We found everything we needed, including a really nice regional and artisan market in the Oderbruch. We would love to come back.
