A spacious holiday cottage on a sunny and shielded plot, with a view of the beautiful scenery at Bortelid in Åseral. The cottage is located by itself. Experience the serene nature with fishing and swimming in mountain lakes and small deep pools north of the cottage. Both adults and children can go swimming here. The river of Mandalselva is famous for its salmon. The area offers hiking trails, a rich wildlife and wide mountain plateaus. The summer up here in the mountains is unique with plenty of sun, little wind and mushroom and berries for picking. Combine this with visits to the coast, which is only 1 ½ hour drive away. A fishing license is included in the rent. (From season 2021: Final cleaning can be ordered directly by phone from contact person Åseral Hytteservice. Due to limited capacity it may be advisable to book this well in advance.)

  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
