We were with 8 children in the holiday home... simply great. Everything was abundantly available: dishes, pots, pans. There was a canoe at the dock, which was used extensively, e.g., for getting rolls. Despite the cold temperatures, the children jumped into the water, then into the warm whirlpool! The little children could play safely on the paths. Grilling on the terrace was great. Recommendations: The play barn was a good option to keep the children occupied in the rain. The tourist office in Otterndorf offers a detective rally. . . The children had a lot of fun. . . we adults also learned a lot of interesting things. The carriage ride to Neuwerk was great!

A private canoe invites you to explore the adjacent lake. Recommendations: It is located quite centrally in the neighboring holiday area of Otterndorf. Within walking distance, there is a large park with many attractions such as football golf, playgrounds, a play barn, mini golf, and the dike. With the car, you can reach places like Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven, and Bremen in less than an hour.
