With a living area of 120 m2 and built on a wooded plot of 1700 m2, the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master suite with bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs in the Mthe 3 other bedrooms and the second bathroom.
With private access to Mousterlin beach just a hundred yards away, it is the ideal location for young and old alike.
Come and enjoy the pleasures of life by the sea: walking, beach, swimming, sailing, canoeing.... as well as evenings lulled by the sound of the waves.

The house is currently being renovated and will be available for rent in the spring of 2021.

The house is located in the Hameau de Trégonnour, a small village at the Pointe de Mousterlin. The beach is within walking distance from the house. In the village there are retail shops (bakery) and supermarkets are available in Fouesnant (about 6 km)
Fouesnant is a commune in the southwest of Brittany in the department of Finistère with 9174 inhabitants.

The village is located in the Cornouaille at the Atlantic coast at the bay Baie de la Forêt. Quimper lies 13 kilometres (km) to the northwest, the metropolis and port city of Brest 65 km to the northwest and

Ronan is a man with passions. Cycling is of course one of them, he was a professional from 1985 to 1997. He even wore the yellow jersey, finished sixth in the Tour de France in 1986 and seventh in 1988. Today he works as a consultant for France TV and runs a travel agency in connection with the Tour de France, which he knows so well! The passion of a lifetime. Ronan is also a lover of the south coast of Brittany. He enjoys the colours and scents. He knows his corner of Finistère, between Audierne, Lesconil and Concarneau like the back of his hand. He knows where to eat fresh oysters, where to enjoy the first rays of sun.... He loves beautiful things, both modern art and beautiful landscapes. And he likes to let others share in it. Brittany is close to some people's hearts. He has them by the hand. With generosity and simplicity.
