The house is very well maintained and beautifully located by the lake. The furnishings are somewhat dated but perfectly fine. However, the canoe should offer more than three seats, as the house is advertised for 6 people. Unfortunately, I could only go out with the children. There was no space left for my wife. Recommendations: The play and fun barn is always worth a visit with children, especially in bad weather. The great skate park is highly recommended, offering many elements (bring a skateboard or stunt scooter!). The adjacent playground is also wonderful and provides a lot of variety. In summer, there is a great water parkour for young and old. In bad weather, a ride on the Cuxliner Beach Express is also a good option, where families can take a city tour through Otterndorf for 10 euros. As a family, one should also visit the Natureum (Friday Family Day for 12 euros) as well as the zoo in Wingst (don't forget the guest card!).

The general condition is good. The windows could be cleaner, which is difficult with the windows. However, it would be good to have a bike garage where you can park the bikes; no one leaves bikes worth over 7000 outside. We will definitely come back; that says it all.

The house is very beautiful. Unfortunately, it is again the small details, such as the garden furniture, that stand out negatively. Plastic chairs partly torn and the loungers were unusable as the light blue covers were already deteriorating so much that they stick to clothing and skin. There were no cushions for the loungers. The view of the water was very nice.
