The house offers a wonderful panoramic view of the water. It was very well cleaned upon arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. The toilet and sink in the bathroom make a new impression. In the colder seasons, the accommodation can be easily heated with the stove.

Without the damage to the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom and a broken whirlpool, I would rate the house as EXCELLENT, great location, great furnishings, friendly contact person, one faucet was repaired in 40 minutes after a call (the other damages were the owner's responsibility) / Unfortunately, my request for a discount due to the "damage" was not accepted and no discount was given / I will take this into account when making my bookings,

The house has a beautiful quiet location in the front row with a direct view of the fjord. That is what truly defines the house. The tranquility allows for complete relaxation. Away from any hustle and bustle. / The rooms are bright and offer a cozy atmosphere. / Restaurants and shopping options are not available in the immediate vicinity. / However, we were disappointed with the condition of the outdoor area (terrace). Everything is quite weathered and mossy. The outdoor furniture was in poor condition (out of 5 garden chairs, 2 were defective and the other 3 were quite weathered). A wooden bench/table combination is actually no longer usable for sitting. There were still 8 additional poly-rattan chairs, but the table was only usable for 4 people (given a possible maximum occupancy of 6 people in the house, it's a pity that not everyone can sit/eat outside at one table...). Furthermore, there were no loungers (as depicted in the presentation pictures) to enjoy a relaxing sunny day on the terrace. An umbrella was available (but only in the small size of a Danish bank). / We had a few nice days there, which we only spent in the evenings at the house. In my opinion, it is not suitable for 6 (larger) people to stay there all day.

The cottage is starting to give a dilapidated impression, the exterior urgently needs a coat of paint, repairs (lamp above the front door, access gate), and cleaning. The furniture inside also urgently needs updating. In the storage shed outside, we found a non-functional BBQ….in short…room for improvement. The location of the cottage is beautiful and, looking at the other cottages in the park, the proposed improvements would also increase the overall attractiveness.
