Idyllic, high standard holiday home suitable for a holiday during any season of the year. Equipped with a large terrace, a sauna, and a wood fuelled hot tub right next to it, it is the ideal place for a holiday any time of the year. The house features a light and airy family room with a high ceiling, and a modern kitchen There is also a cosy loft. The rent includes four baskets of wood for the sauna and the hot tub. If you need more they are 50 crownes a basket. The lake, Sämsjön, is only 400 metres from the house. This is where you will find the boat that comes with the house. Please note: The boat can only be used in the summer time. The deposit to be provided for this house applies to corporate bookings but not to private bookings.

•Until 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.- From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.- Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

The house is located very quietly in the middle of the forest, not far from Lake Samsjön, and can be used as a starting point for undisturbed walks and excursions. Both the hot tub and the sauna allowed us to relax wonderfully. The house is equipped with everything needed for a cozy vacation. The stove provided cozy hours in winter weather. If there were any questions or if tips were needed, we could always turn to the friendly and helpful owner. We really enjoyed it all around. Recommendations: Just explore the nearby area, the nature is great and has a lot to offer. If you want to take a trip further away, Trollhättan or the zoo in Borås are recommended.

Well-equipped house with sleeping capacity for up to 9 people. It is located in the middle of the forest, relatively quiet and secluded. Outdoor sauna, outdoor tub, and outdoor bathing barrel, all wood-fired. Very good fishing opportunities, but associated with a steep descent through the forest. Not particularly suitable for people over 60. Recommendations: Good fishing opportunity with available rowboat, but without anchor. We had our own electric motor with us, but you have to carry the fishing equipment 400m down a steep descent through the forest and, of course, carry it back up. It's not for the faint-hearted.

The house is located idyllically, secluded. You really have your peace there. The sauna and the hot tub were wonderful. Internet and TV did their job. The kitchen has everything you need and the other furnishings are also great (large dining table, armchair, sofa with sleeping function). Recommendations: The house is located idyllically, secluded. The secluded location in the forest was really nice, the sauna and the hot tub complete everything. The large terrace is perfect for sunbathing. Recommendations: Jönköping, where there is a very beautiful rose garden, and the swimming pool is also great, or simply spend time on the beach promenade. Gothenburg is also not far away, the city park with the integrated small zoo and playgrounds for families is just super. In Gothenburg, there is also a park with rides, but you should book the tickets in advance.
