We actually arrived there with 12 people, 8 adults and 4 children. The double beds are a bit small, so you couldn't sleep with 3 people (with a baby), but there was an alternative option. The beds were very comfortable. The view was magnificent and the proximity to the water was great. / The sauna was good and the pool was also a good size. / The kitchen is well-equipped, even if everything is a bit outdated. In general, one can say that if you don't place much value on luxury, it is a nice house for a pleasant family vacation. However, you can tell that cleanliness is not a priority, which makes the showers, in particular, look rather unappetizing. Furthermore, it should be mentioned that the additional costs are quite high; we paid as much for the additional costs as for the house itself. // Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our vacation. In the village of Aerösund, there are pleasant restaurants available. The only thing we disliked is the high energy costs. A separation should be provided between the basement and the upper floor, as the heat rises like a chimney effect. Furthermore, a trimming of the hedges would be necessary, as soon there will be no view of the sea. Otherwise very satisfied!

The layout, the insane view, the pool area, and the highlight - the billiard table were perfect. One should pay attention to cleanliness, we paid for the final cleaning and still felt that we left the house cleaner than we found it. A short private path to the beach is great, but the beach is very narrow at high tide, but luckily there is also low tide. We were there at the beginning of January. A great vacation. Recommendations: the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped but fully functional; the large refrigerator and freezer are great. The Wi-Fi did not work for us; the password we were given was incorrect. However, we did not complain about this on-site because it was not that important to us.
