The house had a beautiful location with a view of the fjord and the sunset. It took less than 10 minutes on foot to get to the beach. The kitchen equipment was excellent, with plenty of cupboard and counter space. The main bathroom was spacious with a large sink and also had sufficient cupboard space. The living area was also very spacious. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We also liked the versatile lighting options. We didn't like that the bedrooms were all very small and the beds quite narrow. The poor insulation of the house leads to high consumption costs on cold days. Recommendations: The house had a beautiful location with a view of the fjord and the sunset. It took less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The kitchen equipment was excellent, and there was plenty of cupboard and workspace. The main bathroom was spacious with a large sink and also had sufficient cabinet space. The living area was also very spacious. WLAN worked perfectly. We also liked the versatile lighting options. What we didn't like so much was that the bedrooms were all very cramped and the beds quite narrow. The poor insulation of the house leads to high consumption costs on cold days.

The cleanliness of the whole house, including bathrooms and windows. / The friendly, German-speaking landlord. / The provision of a small tractor to transport the rented motorboat to the slipway. The boat engine and tractor were fully fueled! / Even the grill grate was in a clean condition. / The entire area for hiking/walking is incredibly beautiful. / After 3 weeks, Vilhelm came for the final settlement at 8:00 AM. No further correspondence with data transmission required. / In 40 years Dk "one of the BEST houses". Thank you for that. . . Recommendations: Worth visiting is Hjerl Hede in Vinderup. / The large herb garden at Spöttrup Castle. / Restaurant and snack bar at the Marina Gyldendal. / Shopping in Lem, Vinderup, or Skive.

Outdoor area is amazing with the view. Extremely well-maintained. Super nice owner who immediately fulfills requests and wishes. The fireplace creates a sauna atmosphere throughout the house in the cold season, depending on the operator (awesome). Kitchen appliances are top-notch, even though I had to sharpen all the knives first. (It's probably more due to the school machine users, hahahaha) Beds might be a bit too soft for some (but I also weigh 125 kg). You simply bring your own topper. Otherwise, apart from the silicone joints that need to be renewed at the whirlpool, no complaints. Recommendations: The pizzeria in Lem is amazing... Even my 10-year-old daughter ate the entire pizza including the crust... PS: never had that before. Not the cheapest, but absolutely justified (not a surprise in Denmark). The owner is super nice and speaks German and English. Even the burgers are surprisingly good. Harbor restaurant around the corner is great, but rather high price level even for Danish standards. As an excursion destination, we recommend Legoland, which is about 1 hour away. Be sure to buy tickets online in advance, including parking ticket for 30% savings. Otherwise, for 5 people including children, over 300¬. On nice weather, absolutely recommended. Be the first at opening time and then head straight to the big roller coasters. Have fun.

We found it very nice that there were so many windows and thus a lot of light in the house. Unfortunately, some windows were defective, and it would have helped us a lot if we had known this. The furnishings, the furniture, the fireplace, we found it very nice. Also, the fact that there was such a large bathroom with the whirlpool was great. Unfortunately, the whirlpool did not heat as indicated in the manual. That was very unfortunate and we really missed it. After the first failure, we didn't want to use so much water and electricity a second time if it didn't heat. In any case, we can recommend the house, if only because of the great location. Recommendations: We had our e-bikes with us, which allowed us to explore the surroundings well.

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

large garden, very quiet location, short path to the beach Recommendations: large garden, very quiet location, short path to the beach

The house exactly matches the description: large floor area, large property with sandbox, double swing, trampoline, goalposts. The furnishings are tasteful, generous, and fully equipped technically. The house offers a double terrace with sun for breakfast and sun in the afternoon and evening. 8 sleeping places, sauna, whirlpool, large living room, and large kitchen. We felt very comfortable. The plots and houses in the area are spacious and characterized by individuality. Our recommendation to the owner would be to renew the sunshade and acquire deck chairs. Recommendations: Shopping facilities and restaurants are not right at the doorstep. The nearest Brugsen is in Lihme and Vinderup, restaurants in Handbjerg, Skive, and Struer. We recommend excursions to the museum village Hjerl Hede, Mönsted limestone mine, Jesperhus flower park, Oddesund tower, Spottrup castle. The area here serves for deceleration, no great beach but very good bathing piers into the water.

We enjoyed our stay, although we found the location a bit remote from restaurants. The kitchen was functional and we could easily prepare our meals. The hot tub was a nice touch, and we used the garden for some outdoor fun.

This holiday home is such a vibe! The hot tub and sauna were game-changers after a long day, Plus, the outdoor space is lit for BBQs and chilling with friends, Definitely a spot for the 'gram!

The house is well-equipped and in a beautiful location, We found the nearby Estvadgård Plantage perfect for hiking, The Wi-Fi was fast, which was a nice surprise for the kids, allowing them to stay connected while we enjoyed nature,

Spacious and comfortable! We had enough space for our group of eight. The bedrooms were cozy and the living room was great for being together. We didn't even have to leave the house to have a good time - between the hot tub and the garden, we were completely happy!

The outdoor area is great with the view, extremely well maintained, super nice owner who fulfills requests and wishes immediately, the fireplace creates a sauna atmosphere in the whole house even in the cold season depending on who is using it (awesome), top kitchen appliances, even if I have to sharpen all the knives first (probably more down to the school machine offenders hahahaha) beds maybe a bit too soft for some (but I weigh 125 kg), maybe you can just bring your own topper, otherwise apart from the silicone joints on the whirlpool which need to be replaced, no complaints,

We thought it was very nice that there were so many windows and therefore a lot of light in the house. Unfortunately, some of the windows were broken and it would have helped us a lot if we had known this. We thought the equipment, furniture, the fireplace were very nice. The fact that there was such a large bathroom next to the whirlpool was also great. Unfortunately, the whirlpool did not heat up as stated in the manual. That was a real shame and we missed it. After the first failure, we did not want to use so much water and electricity a second time if it did not heat up. We can definitely recommend the house, if only because of the great location.

Beautiful, bright holiday home in a quiet location with a large garden and ideal parking options, well-equipped kitchen and living room, two small bedrooms with comfortable beds, only 250 meters to the beach, perfect starting point for activities in the surrounding area of more than 100 km such as cycling, kayaking, hiking, and sightseeing, suitable for 6 people or 2 families with 2 children, as the bedrooms are small and equipped with 2 bunk beds.

We had a wonderful time! The hosts were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The sauna was a delight after a long day of exploring the area. The only thing I would change would be to have more comfortable seating on the terrace.
