Holiday cottage located on a 2.500 m² plot with lawn. The house includes whirlpool and sauna. The house has a living room with dining area and wood-burning stove and 3 bedrooms. 120 m² terrace surrounds the house with garden furniture and grill. For children there are swings, sandpit, cot and high chair. Rowing boat available (usage at own risk/insurance. The boat in on a trailer and can be moved by hand). 4 HP boat engine can be rented for DKK 650 per week and DKK 900 for 2 weeks. Larger boat with 4 hp boat motor can be rented for DKK 800 per week and DKK 1000 for 2 weeks.

Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung:große Grundfläche, großes Grundstück mit Sandkiste, Doppelschaukel, Trampolin, Bolztore, Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, großzügig, technisch komplett ausgestattet, Das Haus bietet eine Doppelterrasse mit Sonne zum Frühstück und Sonne am Nachmittag und Abend, 8 Schlafplätze, Sauna, Whirlpool, großes Wohnzimmer und große Küche, Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt, Die Grundstücke und Häuser in der Umgebung sind großzügig und zeichnen sich durch Individualität aus, Unsere Empfehlung an den Eigentümer wäre die Erneuerung des Sonnenschirms und die Anschaffung von Liegestühlen,

Außenanlage mega mit der Aussicht, Ãusserst gepflegt, Super netter Besitzer, der Anfragen und wünsche sofort erfüllt, Der Kamin sorgt auch in kalter Jahreszeit im ganzen Haus je nach Bediener zu einer Saunaatmosphäre ( Hammer ), Küchengeräte top , auch wenn ich erstmal alle Messer nachgeschliffen hab,,( liegt wohl eher an den Schulmaschinentätern hahahaha) betten vlt, Für den einen oder anderen ein bisschen zu weich( wiege aber allerdings auch 125 kg) , Vlt bringt ihr euch einfach einen eigenen Toper mit, Ansonsten bis auf Silikonfugen die am Whirlpool erneuert werden müssten, keine Beanstandungen,

Sehr schön fanden wir, dass es so viele Fenster und somit viel Licht im Haus gab, Leider waren einige Fenster defekt und es hätte uns sehr geholfen, wenn wir dies gewusst hätten, Die Ausstattung, Möblierung, der Kamin, wir fanden es sehr schön, Auch dass es beim Whirlpool so ein großes Bad gab war prima, Leider heizte der Whirlpool nicht, wie es in der Bedienungsanleitung ausgewiesen war, Dass war sehr Schade und hat uns schon auch gefehlt, Nach dem ersten Misserfolg wollten wir kein zweites mal so viel Wasser und Strom verwenden, wenn es doch nicht heizt, Auf jeden Fall können wir das Haus empfehlen, alleine schon wegen der tollen Lage,
