Has something from the Michel House. Heating is sufficient down to minus 10°C. A curtain must be hung at the door between the kitchen and hallway in winter; we got a shower curtain and a painter's telescopic pole from Biltema. Technically very good, just no Wi-Fi, which was stated in the description and is not a problem. The kids thought the basement room was cool as a children's room.
