Welcome to this spacious and inviting pool holiday home in Houstrup – created for truly memorable holiday experiences. Here you will find the perfect setting for relaxation, activities, and quality time with extended family or multiple generations travelling together. The house is continuously maintained and regularly updated, ensuring a high and modern standard of comfort and facilities. The impressive pool area is the heart of the house. It features a 20 m² swimming pool with water slide, a counter-current swimming system for exercise, as well as a large whirlpool and a sauna accommodating 6–8 people. No matter the season, you can enjoy wellness, fun, and relaxation in comfortable surroundings. The activity room offers entertainment for all ages with billiards, table tennis, and electronic darts. Several TVs located in different areas of the house allow for both shared movie nights and quiet personal downtime. The house also includes a PlayStation 4, Blu-ray player, and a projector — perfect for movie evenings, sports events, or special gatherings. The holiday home is personally styled with modern furnishings and designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for larger groups and includes two refrigerators, a freezer, two cookers, two ovens, and two dishwashers, making cooking and cleaning easy even when many guests are staying together. The dining and living area serves as the natural gathering point of the home, featuring a comfortable sofa area, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and a wood-burning stove that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere on cooler days. The house offers 10 comfortable bedrooms with quality box mattresses, along with a large sleeping loft and an additional activity/play loft for children and teenagers. The layout is thoughtfully designed around three separate sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom, plus an additional bathroom connected to the pool area — a total of four bathrooms, all equipped with underfloor heating. The house is heated efficiently using solar energy and a heat pump. Outside, you will find a large garden with plenty of space for play and relaxation. Children can enjoy the swing set, sandbox, and large trampoline (use at own responsibility/insurance), while adults can relax in the sun or enjoy cozy barbecue evenings on the spacious terrace. Please note: Not rented to youth groups. Maximum 2 dogs allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

This place is a hidden gem! It was so nice to have ten bedrooms for our group, The sauna was a lovely touch after a day of exploring the local attractions, We can't wait to return!
