Description

Open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), Living/bed room(TV(danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), DVD player, CD player, stereo unit), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x bunk bed), bedroom(2x bunk bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine), heating(electric), terrace, terrace(roofed), BBQ, air to air heatpump

Cottage with kitchen and living room of not less than 38 m2. The kitchen is absolutely well equipped with i.a. energy-saving air / air heat pump and a wood-burning stove. There are three good bedrooms with good sleeping comfort. The house's biggest asset is the large terrace, where the owner has managed to make the house and terrace go into one. There is a place in the sun but there is also a place in the shade and at the back of the plot there is a fire place. The house is only 5 min from absolutely good beach.

  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
