Even though the review doesn't sound very positive, we liked the house, / The house is newly built and therefore top both inside and out, There is no land around the house, the neighbor's properties and the street start right after the terrace, / The location is otherwise very good, dunes and beach are practically at the doorstep, The furnishings are functional and sufficient for eight people, There is just enough dishes for eight people, / / The mattresses in the bedrooms are worn out and the mattress protectors and duvets could use a cleaning, It didn't bother us that much as we always bring our own bedding, The mattresses in the sleeping area in the adjacent space are very good, a curtain would be helpful here, / / The location is accurately described, but once the neighboring house is finished, there will be no area that is not visible, A slightly higher fence (also for wind protection) towards the neighbor would be nice, The patio furniture is good but without cushions, We bought a small grill on site and left it for our successors.
